These Terms govern your use of 2080.ventures (the "Site"), operated by 2080 Ventures. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain access to areas that are not public, scrape the Site in a way that degrades it for others, or reuse it to build a competing directory.
Not advice, not an offer
Everything here is general information about 2080 and its programs. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or to invest in any fund or company. Participation in any 2080 program, syndicate or fund is governed by its own agreements, and where it involves securities it is limited to eligible investors.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, branding, layout and code belong to 2080 Ventures or its licensors. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution; you may not republish, resell or reuse it commercially without written permission. Portfolio company names and logos belong to their owners.
Accuracy
Program dates, portfolio data, track-record figures and third-party listings change. We keep the Site current but do not warrant that every item is accurate, complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
Third-party links and offers
The Site links to partner tools and founder perks operated by other companies. Those offers, their terms and their pricing are the provider's responsibility, and we do not control or guarantee them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. 2080 Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Changes
We may revise these Terms as the Site changes. The date above moves when we do, and continued use means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
